• Selfie or facial image for identity verification purposes.

3.1.3 Financial Data

• GCash or PayMaya account number (last four digits only, for withdrawal verification);
• Bank account details (bank name, account number) for bank transfer withdrawals;
• Transaction history, including deposits, withdrawals, and wager records.

3.1.4 Gaming & Behavioural Data

• Game play history, including games played, wager amounts, wins, and losses;

• Payment Processors: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and Philippine banking partners, solely to process deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso;

7. Cookies & Similar Technologies

• Account and KYC data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of account closure, as required by the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (RA 9160, as amended) and PAGCOR regulations;
• Transaction records: Retained for five (5) years from the date of each transaction;
• Gaming history: Retained for three (3) years from the date of each game session, or longer if required for dispute resolution or regulatory purposes;
• Customer support records: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction;
• Technical and device data (logs): Retained for ninety (90) days, unless required for longer periods for security investigation purposes.

8.2 Where lodigame3 is required by law to retain data for a longer period than stated above, the statutory retention period shall apply.

8.3 Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted using methods that prevent reconstruction, or anonymised such that it can no longer be attributed to an identifiable individual.

9.2 In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, lodigame3 will notify the National Privacy Commission within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach, and will notify affected Players without undue delay, in accordance with NPC Circular No. 16-03.

9.3 While lodigame3 takes all reasonable steps to protect your personal data, no internet transmission or electronic storage system is completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lodigame3 account credentials.

10. Your Rights as a Data Subject

11. Children & Minors

11.1 lodigame3 uses date-of-birth verification at registration and KYC document verification to enforce the 21+ age requirement. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all associated personal data deleted, except where retention is required by law.

12. Cross-Border Data Transfers

12.1 lodigame3 primarily processes and stores personal data within the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data to service providers located outside the Philippines (for example, cloud infrastructure providers or game content studios), lodigame3 ensures that such transfers are made only to countries or organisations that provide an adequate level of data protection, or that appropriate contractual safeguards are in place, in accordance with NPC guidelines on cross-border data transfers.

12.2 lodigame3 does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide adequate data protection without implementing appropriate contractual protections, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the NPC.

13.1 The lodigame3 Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services (for example, payment provider portals). This Privacy Policy applies only to the lodigame3 Platform. lodigame3 is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third-party website and encourages you to review the privacy policies of any external site you visit.
