These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the lodigame3 platform. By registering an account or accessing any part of our services, you agree to be bound by the provisions set out below. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Important Notice: These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and lodigame3 ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). By accessing or using any part of the lodigame3 website at lodigame3.vip, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) lodigame3 Account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or using different contact details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. lodigame3 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lodigame3 login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered Philippine mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. lodigame3 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
You must notify lodigame3 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account. lodigame3 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
lodigame3 is required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations to verify the identity of all Players. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID), proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have withdrawal privileges suspended.

All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). lodigame3 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via credit card or any form of cryptocurrency.
The minimum deposit amount on lodigame3 is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
Withdrawal requests from verified lodigame3 Accounts are processed as follows: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals within one (1) hour during business hours (9:00 AM – 10:00 PM PHT); bank transfers within twenty-four (24) hours on business days. lodigame3 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.
Player funds deposited into lodigame3 Accounts are held separately from the Platform's operational funds. This segregation is maintained to protect Player balances in the ordinary course of business.
6.1 lodigame3 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each offer.
6.2 Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.
6.3 lodigame3 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any wagering requirements already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
6.4 Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. Any Player found to be exploiting bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts, using automated betting strategies, or engaging in low-risk wagering patterns designed solely to clear wagering requirements — will have their bonus funds forfeited and may have their Account suspended.
6.5 Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except in accordance with the applicable wagering requirements.
7.1 All Games offered on the lodigame3 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.
7.2 lodigame3 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all digital games. RNG systems are independently tested and certified to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and not subject to manipulation by the Platform or any Player.
7.3 Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) operated by trained dealers in a controlled studio environment. All live dealer sessions are recorded for dispute resolution purposes.
7.4 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, lodigame3 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Wallet. lodigame3 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
7.5 Game results displayed on the lodigame3 Platform are final once confirmed by the system. Disputes regarding game outcomes must be submitted to lodigame3 support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant game session.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lodigame3 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

10.1 All content on the lodigame3 Platform — including but not limited to the lodigame3 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of lodigame3 or its licensed content providers.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the lodigame3 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any lodigame3 content without prior written consent.
10.3 Any unauthorised use of lodigame3 intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action under applicable Philippine intellectual property laws.
11.1 The lodigame3 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While lodigame3 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lodigame3 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, internet connectivity issues, or force majeure events.
11.3 lodigame3's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit lodigame3's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
12.1 lodigame3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:
12.2 Upon Account closure for breach of these Terms, lodigame3 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play. Verified real-money deposits (net of any applicable deductions) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
12.3 Players may voluntarily close their lodigame3 Account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method after completion of standard verification checks.
13.1 lodigame3 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
13.2 By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the lodigame3 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
13.3 lodigame3 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties except as required by law, as necessary to provide the Platform's services (e.g., payment processors, KYC verification providers), or with your explicit consent.
13.4 lodigame3 may be required to disclose Player information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable law.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to lodigame3's customer support team for informal resolution.
14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter, or to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism where applicable.
14.4 Players agree that any claim against lodigame3 must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought after this period are time-barred.
15.1 lodigame3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the lodigame3 Platform.
15.2 The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the lodigame3 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
15.3 If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.3 above.
